Judith Patron joined Segalen + associés in January 2017 as Principal.
Judith enjoys building strong and trustworthy relationships with clients and candidates as she believes these are key to success in the people-centric field of executive search.
Judith started her career in the legal sector working for White & Case followed by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. From 2005-2008 she was Development Director and Legal Director and then a Partner at Romain Afflelou Createur, an international eyewear group, and was based in Paris and then in Miami. In 2009 she entered a property asset management company in Miami where she was the Legal Manager. After two years, she returned to Paris and became the Manager of the Private Practice team at the global recruitment consultancy firm Robert Walters. She remained in this post for 5 years prior to joining Segalen.
Alongside her work commitments, Judith is committed to several charitable organizations, especially one aimed at visiting children in hospitals and orphanages offering them time, activities and gifts. Doing that she discovered she could do a great clown impersonation.
She has Masters degrees in Communication Law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and in Business Law from University Paris V Descartes. Judith also holds a CAPA (Professional Lawyer’s Certificate) from EFB Paris Bar School.
