Chief executives of major listed companies are ditching the tie

In corporate photos, almost one in two CAC 40 CEOs has abandoned the tie. But in reality, the typical profile of CEOs has changed little: they are still men, French, over 50, highly educated and promoted from within. Women are still very rare.
