Flore Segalen joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES after a successful career in the digital and media industries and now supports senior executives and leadership teams through individual and collective coaching.
She works with corporate, investment funds and their portfolio companies, family-owned businesses, helping leaders and their teams to navigate uncertainty, unlock their full potential, and harness collective intelligence to create high-performing, people-centered organizations.
She previously held leadership positions in major corporations (including Havas, AOL, Microsoft, Lagardère, and Les Echos) as well as consulting on transformation and learning strategies for executive teams.
Flore brings a unique perspective shaped by her background in fast-evolving sectors and her commitment to continuous learning. She describes herself as a curious, humble, and agile traveler — embracing change and drawing from deep inner resources to support others on their own leadership journeys.
She holds degrees in Business from HEC Paris and Université Paris Dauphine, and pursued studies in Humanities at Inalco (Langues Orientales) and EHESS. She is certified in Executive Coaching by Coaching Ways France, and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is MBTI certified.
She has lived in Beijing, Dallas, and Paris. She volunteers in HEC and Inalco Mentoring programs. She enjoys trekking in the mountains and singing rock and roll songs.
