Mariia joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in September 2022 as an intern in the Paris office and has since progressed to the role of Senior Associate. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and broadened her academic background through exchange programs at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and in France.
Following early professional experience at Citi and Forvis Mazars, she joined the firm and now focuses on recrutements for investment funds (private equity, infrastructure, venture capital, and growth), particularly in investment and investor relations functions. She also supports portfolio companies, listed groups, and family-owned businesses in filling senior leadership roles, including CFO and CHRO positions.
Beyond work, Mariia enjoys singing, practicing yoga, hiking during the summer months, and exploring literature and travel.
