Peter Mansell-Jones is a senior executive search professional specialising in the global investment management industry, with nearly two decades of experience advising clients on the appointment of investment, distribution, and leadership talent.
He has a strong track record of delivering retained search mandates across a broad range of asset classes, strategies, and geographies, working with leading global asset managers, alternative investment firms, and institutional investors. Peter brings deep insight into the evolving challenges facing the industry, including product innovation, distribution transformation, ESG integration, and the growing intersection of investment and technology.
Peter currently focuses on partnering with clients across London, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific, advising on senior hires spanning C-level executives, investment leadership, portfolio managers, distribution professionals, and functional specialists across areas such as data science, machine learning, and cyber security.
Prior to joining S+A, Peter spent nearly four years building and leading the executive search division of a global financial services recruitment firm. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a boutique executive search firm in London, where he established and led the Investment Management Practice. He also held a role at CTPartners in London, specialising in investment management mandates, and began his career within boutique search, focused on financial and professional services globally.
