Thomas Jepsen is co-founder and partner of Renovata & Company. With over ten years’ experience in executive search in the SaaS, marketplace and online B2C sectors, he has guided B2B and B2C companies across Europe, helping them attract the game-changing talent that forms the foundation of their success.
He works primarily with the boards (founders and investors) of fast-growing companies to attract the talent they need to grow.
Previously, he worked for a TMT research firm that went public and merged with Datacash, an Internet payment company, and for Renoir Partners, which was acquired by an international research firm.
He holds a BA in Economics from the London School of Economics.
