This Privacy Notice tells you what to expect in relation to personal information about you which is collected, handled and processed by Segalen+associés (DS Advisory Ltd).

This information will have been provided, or will be provided, by you. In the case of references, these will be from your previous employer.

All the personal data we have is stored on our database in Europe.

 

Disclosure of your information

With your consent, your CV and related information will be shared or sent to our clients Personal data shall not be transferred to a country or territory outside the EEA unless that country or territory ensures an adequate level of protection or the appropriate safeguards are in place for your rights and freedoms.  Before such a transfer takes place outside of the EEA, we will provide you with further information concerning this.

1. Right of access

You have the right to request a copy of the data about you that we hold. This request is free of charge. If you would like to make a request for information, please email our Data Protection Officer at gdpr@segalen-associes.com. All requests for access will be dealt within 30 days.

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified as well as have incomplete personal data completed. If you would like to make a request for rectification, please email details of the data to be rectified to our Data Protection Officer at gdpr@segalen-associes.com. 3. Right of erasure

You have the right to request for the data about you that we hold to be erased. If you would like to make a request for erasure, please email our Data Protection Officer at gdpr@segalen-associes.com. All requests for access will be dealt within 30 days.

4. Right to restrict processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. This means that we will not process your personal data in any way, except to store it, until you lift the restriction. 5. Right to data portability

You have the right to request for personal data to be transmitted to another controller, provided the personal data were provided by yourself.
