Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Pascale Beyaert joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in January 2020, as Executive Assistant and Office Manager of the London office. Since December 2022, she also manages the Paris office.
She has spent most of her career at FedEx Belgium holding various positions in the Commercial department: Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales, Sales Executive. In 2015, she joined a dynamic SME, Spare Parts Services, active in the industrial pumps sector where she flourished in the multi-activities of sales, accounting, order taking, stock management and shipping. In 2018, she moved to London for personal reasons and discovered the sector of head hunting there, which she found fascinating.
With a bachelor’s degree in Executive Secretary as well as Marketing, Pascale Beyaert oversees the London and Paris offices for the day-to-day management, invoicing, accounting, personnel management, travel organization and seminars. She also participates in hunting missions for international clients and provides support in prospecting new missions.
Pascale enjoys reading, listening to music, fitness, skiing and sailing catamarans.
Associate
Mariia has joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in September 2022 as an Executive Search Intern in the Paris office and she is now Associate. She graduated from Finance for the Master’s Degree at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. During her studies, she did an exchange semester at Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), as well as an exchange year in France. After this, she decided to stay in Paris and joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES.
She has an experience in Accounting Payables that she gained during the internship at Citibank. Then, Mariia joined Mazars as a Junior Accountant at Outsourced Accounting Services department. She acquired valuable knowledge in these companies.
Outside of work, Mariia is passionate about singing and even used to perform on a stage. She is practicing yoga on a daily basis and during summer holidays she loves hiking, as well as exploring new countries.

Vincent Carré has joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in 2022 as an Associate. He conducts research and supports the teams in the execution of mandates. He works on placing investor professional (LBO, Infrastructure, VC, Real Estate, Debt…) as Vice President to Partner level for global and pan-European investment firms as well as for General Management and Finance roles within Corporate, family owned, publicly listed of LBO backed.
Vincent previously worked for two years in executive search, first at Egon Zehnder in the financial services practice and then at Morgan Philips Executive Search in the public and semi-public practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Consulting from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers (ESSCA).
In his spare time, Vincent enjoys playing sports such as tennis and water polo. He is also interested in culture, gastronomy and travelling.

Emmanuel Dufour has joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in September 2021 as Partner.
He is particularly active for Corporates for their General Management, Financial and Human Resources leadership roles. He also covers real estate sector as well as asset management, private banking and investment banking.
He was previously leading Human Resources in France at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield after having led global talent acquisition and school & university relations for this leading real estate firm he joined in 2008.
He previously spent 8 years in executive search in London and Paris including 4 years at Spencer Stuart in financial services and financial officers practices.
Emmanuel has been mentor at “Article 1”, a charity that acts to make that orientation and success for studies and professional insertion does not rely on social, economic and cultural origins.
He graduated from Neoma Business School and Dublin City University ; he is as well a former Civilian Auditor at Ecole de Guerre.
He regularly practices sports (running, tennis, ski and cycling) with occasional competitions and has a particular interest in old cars
Executive Assistant and Digital Support
Laura Perdrix joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in September 2021 as Executive Assistant and Digital Support in the London office.
She works on various mandats with the London and Paris teams, and provides bilingual administrative and organizational support for meetings, as well as digital communication assistance.
Laura has worked in the events and communications sector for a number of years. Her experience in a charity organization for sick children in Paris allowed her to be responsible for a fundraising gala, overseeing the work of the volunteers. Relocating to London in search of new challenges, she progressed with jobs at St-Martin-in-the-Fields and the Institute of Directors in Pall Mall. These roles, first as an assistant then as an events manager, allowed her to acquire solid bases in the management and organization of larger-scale events such as conferences, weddings and private receptions.
In 2021, Laura decided to transfer her skills to a new career within the headhunting sector, using her previous experience in management and client services.
Laura graduated with a BA in Communication and an MA in Events in her native France.
A real foodie, she loves to cook and discover new recipes in her spare time as well as honing her food photography skills. She enjoys challenging herself and is a keen runner, having taken part in numerous races, including 5k, 10k and half-marathons.

Mannie Gill is a partner and co-founder of Renovata & Company. With more than 20 years of experience, his practice is focused on conducting board and C-level searches for private equity portfolio companies across the U.S. and Europe. He has a deep expertise in consumer internet, SaaS and ad/mar-tech. Additionally, he works with public corporations to support their digital transformation projects.
Mannie launched his executive search career with Renoir Partners, a TMT-focused search firm in Europe, and was later a core member of the TMT practice at CT Partners. He spent his early career in management consulting, advising telecommunications and technology clients.

Djamal Moussaoui is London based and joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in 2013 . He focuses on Non-Executive Bord Members (NED) and Senior Advisors roles for Investment Funds.
He has spent over 20 years in Investment Banking and Private Equity and has been a board member of several large businesses. Djamal believes in long term, trust-based relationships and bringing a global perspective to his work with clients.
He spent several years as a Managing Director with Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity, the principal investment arm of Merrill Lynch, which is now part of Bank of America. Prior to this Djamal was an investment banker in M&A with various firms, including Citigroup and Merrill Lynch.

Thomas Jepsen is a partner and co-founder at Renovata & Company. He has over a decade worth of experience working in executive search across the SaaS, marketplace and B2C spectrum. He works with leading B2B and B2C businesses across Europe, helping them attract game-changing talent, forming the leadership building blocks for their success.
His focus is working with boards, founders and investors of high-growth businesses to attract leadership talent that enables their companies to scale.
Previously, he worked for a boutique TMT search firm that IPO’ed and merged with Datacash, an Internet payments company; and Renoir Partners, which was acquired by a global search firm.
He graduated from a BS degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Executive Assistant and Project Manager
Anna joined SEGALEN + ASSOCIÉS in December 2022 as Executive Assistant and Project Manager in the Paris office.
She coordinates the administrative management of various missions, both in Paris and London, and works in tandem with the Office Manager based abroad. She also participates in the organisation of annual team seminars.
Anna studied tourism and cultural mediation. Graduated with a Master 2 Pro in “Conduct of Cultural Projects, knowledge of the public”, she has organised and managed cultural events. With her experience and linguistic skills (trilingual) Anna was recruited by a large American group as an International Mobility consultant and worked in different departments.
After 10 years of experience, she joined the SEGALEN + ASSOCIÉS.
In addition, Anna is a volunteer security guard within the Civil Protection association.
Passionate about art and culture from an early age, she has performed on stage in different countries with theater and dance-theatre troupes.
Nature and sport are an integral part of her universe. She practices walking, cycling, skiing, and likes to discover new activities.

Jeanne Segalen is Principal in the Paris office. She joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in 2017 in London, after a few experiences including strategy consulting at Rise Conseil and in law firms at August & Debouzy and Reinhart Marville Torre.
Graduate of emlyon business school and Univeristy Paris X, She holds a Master of Entrepreneurship and Master of Business Laws.
Jeanne has a primary focus on private equity, investment and corporate development.
She concentrates on working with private equity funds to build and develop their investment teams. She recruits investment professionals, operating partners, and senior advisors across all asset classes including LBO, venture and growth capital, private debt and infrastructure.
She also participates in the placement of C-level professionals for portfolio companies, listed and family owned businesses. She supports Partners in the Board practice as well.
In her spare time, Jeanne is passionate about sports and music. She is a keen skier, a boxer and former horseback riding competitor. She is also keen on literature and arts.

Diane Segalen founded SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in September 2011 to serve entrepreneurs, corporates and funds with total independence and integrity. Diane started her career in investment banking in NY and Paris, then as an investor in Growth capital as part of Compagnie de Presbourg, a listed investment fund. Diane transitioned to Executive search in 1992 in NY and since then has enjoyed her professional life tremendously. She was trained in a very structured manner thanks to Heidrick rigorous methodology. She had an entrepreneurial experience at CTPartners, where she launched the European businesses (Paris, London, Geneva) in 2005 and grew the company all the way to the IPO on the Nasdaq in 2010. She decided to launch SEGALEN+ASSOCIES to go back to her consulting practice and be close clients and candidates. For the past 11 years Diane had the chance to serve long term clients and discover new groups. She is always eager to learn and deliver a high quality solution.
Diane is active in Board and Non-Executives searches, as well as CEO/CFO of LBO backed and listed companies.
Diane graduated from a Magister in business law and taxation from University Paris Assas and a YMP from INSEAD.
Diane is a long distance open water swimmer, a slow but steady touring skier, and an active supporter of charities (HKIEurope, French Institute in London and Recherche Médicale).

Emma (Galatry) Tourneret joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in April 2020 and is now Principal in the London office. She previously worked at an executive search firm in London, where she supported pan-European private equity funds on investment hires in the UK, the Nordics and France.
At SEGALEN+ASSOCIES, Emma leads searches primarily in the UK and France. She works across various asset classes – mostly private equity, growth capital, private debt and real estate, and role types – with a focus on investment, investor relations/fundraising, senior advisor, portfolio management in funds and financial positions in corporates. She is also part of the Board practice supporting the Partners.
Emma is a Danish and French national, fluent in English, French and Danish. She holds a Master’s degree in International Management and Strategy from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon. She enjoys ballet dancing which she practiced for 14 years.
Principal
Cécile Vignial joined the Paris office of SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in 2019. She was previously an economist at the OECD’s Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs, where she was a Principal Administrator for ten years and then Senior Advisor. She has led numerous projects on insurance and on the assessment and coverage of catastrophic and emerging risks, working alongside leaders in the insurance and risk management industries.
At SEGALEN+ASSOCIES, Cécile mainly assists funds in their search for talent in private equity, from venture to LBO, as well as in private debt, infrastructure or fund of funds. She follows the development of impact investing with particular interest.
Cécile loves kitesurfing and ski touring. She is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and the London School of Economics.
Associate
David Wall joined SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in early 2021 as a Junior Associate, and has been promoted to Associate. He conducts research and assists on the execution of mandates. David mostly covers investor and fundraising roles at VP to Partner level for Global & Pan-European investment firms, with a focus on Private Equity and Private Credit/Debt. He also has experience covering other private asset classes, as well as assisting on C-suite and SVP mandates for Corporate, Listed and Portfolio companies.
Prior to Joining SEGALEN+ASSOCIES, David completed various internships and work experiences throughout the financial services sector during his university studies, the most noticeable being at Deutsche Bank and the Xeinadin Group.
David graduated from the University of Birmingham with both a MSc in International Marketing and a BA in Political Economy, whilst also spending a year studying at Marquette University in Wisconsin.
He enjoys traveling, football and basketball. David was also a national champion high diver.
